She also actively helped us as Sellers to organize our own bay house for market-readiness. Her virtual tour and office "caravan" to show our home to agents was instrumental in initiating interest in our Rockport waterfront home. Cynthia is so energetic, genuine, and above all she LISTENS to her clients and follows up on answers to questions, and points out small things that we "civilian" buyers and sellers probably wouldn't think of.
